We view the shipping process as part of our service to you. We choose to deliver your products with Australian owned, environmentally friendly packaging and transport companies.
Packaging
When designing our packaging we had two key criteria. Firstly, it had to be environmentally friendly. We ticked that box and chose packaging that is all made from sustainable sources and uses eco-friendly soy based inks. Even our mailer bags are made from corn and are compostable!
Our second criteria was you. We want your delivery experience to be a memorable one. We've had fun coordinating our packaging and wrapping up our products so you feel like you're unwrapping a special gift you have given yourself. And, if you are sending it to a loved one as a present, lets just say we have taken care of the wrapping for you!
Sendle
We choose to deliver our products to you using Sendle. Sendle is Australia's first 100% carbon neutral shipping service. That mean's that your products will arrive to you without adding any impact to our environment!
Shipping Costs
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $6.00 for orders under $60. Free shipping is included for all orders over $60. At this point in time we only ship in Australia. If you are overseas and are interested in our garden markers, please send us an email to let us know.
Returns
Any products returned are to be in original, unused condition. Please email us to enquire about our returns policy and procedures.
